EMS postage with insurance, we will give you confirmation on shipping cost depending

if within 7 working days your payment is not made and if you haven't mailed to
inform aiD'en Shop of your intentions your order will be cancelled. |

bank transfer, japanese postal cheq only, made
before the making of your order, all bank transfer fees etc to be at your charge.
After order confirmation mail from aiD'en Shop, payment is asked within 7 working
days. If by then your payment is not made and if you haven't mailed to inform
aiD'en Shop of your intentions your order will be cancelled. |

After confirmation of payment your order will
be send as soon as prepared.
It normally arrives within 2-3 days after sending, depending on the delivery location
within Japan.
From your payment to sending 3~4 weeks is considered. In rush period or for special
occasions mail will be send directly to precise delivery date. |

| Cancellations |

Before payment : you may cancel your order by
sending us a mail without any fee beeing charged.
After payment : your order making is in process, cancellation can not be made
( as each work is made on order we can not take it back ). |

| Returns |

Returns cannot be accepted ( as each work is
made on order we can not take it back ).
Items damaged during delivery are insured by the transporting company.
You shall address your reclamation to them as soon as possible ( attention : transport
companies have deadlines for declaring such problem ) |
